Third - and last - Cookery Class

Ready - and already eaten

For the first time, we made salty food. We made something like swiss potato, which is easy to make. We, professional cooks, can consider everything easy to make, but this really was a piece of cake. To make this dish, you can use whatever you want - whatever that goes with potato. We used bacon, cream cheese and onions.





First of all, you need to grate the potatoes, and cut the onions and the bacon into little pieces, then put the ingredients together, and separate them into two equal portions.



After it's done, cook both portions separately. Then, put one portion in a dish and the cream cheese on it. On the cream cheese you'll put the second portion and take it to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes and it's ready to eat.
